On-Site service is available by appointment during standard business hours (M-F, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM).  There is a two hour minimum charge for all on-site service calls.  Call 512.694.1746 (local Austin Area) for appointment.

In-Shop service is available.  Please call our office number to schedule an appointment.  There is a one hour minimum charge for in-shop service.  Free pick-up and delivery is available within a 20 mile driving distance of A Computer Werks, however the minimum shop charge is then a two hour minimum.

All service is priced upon the time required to perform the tasks and the cost of goods sold.  We will attempt to install customer owned software and hardware items, but cannot always guarantee the success of products not sold or routinely serviced by ACW.  Price will be at our standard labor rates of $55.00 per hour.

Network and Server Engineer support standard rate is $135 per hour, On-Site or Shop
