Services offered include custom built systems, custom upgrading of
customer owned computers, networking of custom built and customer owned
computer systems (including CAT5 and Wireless installations), Consultations,
Software and Hardware installations (on-site or in our shop), and System
troubleshooting and repairs.
- CUSTOM BUILDS

Custom design and build the system of your dreams. Speed
and Performance are the most sought after commodities in the computer
world. We will build the system to your specifications and
install it at your site (within the 20 mile radius of Buda, Texas), or
shipping is available to you via UPS/FEDEX if outside our service area. We
recommend AMD processors with suitable high performance Gigabyte boards and components to match your needs. Prices depend upon
the system, call or e-mail to discuss your designs.
- UPGRADE Customer Owned Systems

Partial and complete upgrade of existing systems to achieve
customer specifications, built from current components available from
mid to upper end sources. We will meet your needs and stay
within your budget. Contact us to obtain pricing and component
availability.
- SERVICE

Installation of software, ACW supplied or customer owned hardware,
repair of ACW built systems or computer equipment supplied by
others. Work is performed on-site or in our shop. On-site
service requires a minimum of 1 hours labor at $55.00 per hour.
There is a 1 hour minimum charge for in-shop work. Pick-up and
delivery is free (within 20 mile radius) but requires a minimum of 2 hours shop time.
Call or e-mail for an estimate. We support only MS operating
systems. OS2, Linux, and others require your presence during
service operations.
- SOFTWARE INSTALLATION/CONFIGURATION
- ACW will install and configure software purchased from us and will
attempt to install all client owned software on ACW or other
platforms. All client software must be original licensed
software, not copies or duplicates.
- Preservation of data is a prime concern during computer operation
and servicing. Customers are asked to back-up data frequently
and to keep all software disks and key codes available for
reinstallation when necessary. ACW will attempt to preserve
all data on client's disks at point of service, but cannot assume liability
for data loss during services or system crashes.
